Straight answers
How long does a typical job take?
Supply-only orders are usually delivered within 5–10 business days depending on stock. Supply + install jobs are typically booked 2–4 weeks out, and most residential installs take 1–3 days on site once started.
Do you handle engineering or council approval?
No — engineering certification, DA approvals and pool-barrier compliance remain your responsibility (or your builder's/certifier's), unless we've specifically discussed it for your job. We're happy to work from your engineer's details and can recommend certifiers we trust.
How does delivery work?
Blocks arrive on pallets via crane truck or forklift ute depending on access. We'll confirm access, parking and drop point with you before dispatch. Delivery is quoted per job based on suburb and quantity.
